This green breakfast is easily absorbed, helps detoxify the body, and contains little (or no) sugar. Even if you're used to heavier breakfasts, try replacing them with fresh green juice once or twice a week. It may feel unusual at first, but later you'll notice improvements in your skin, more energy, and you'll realize that such a blend wonderfully cleanses and renews the blood — give it a try and experiment.

All you need is a juicer and any fresh vegetables and greens (beetroot, carrot, turnip, fennel, celery, cucumber, avocado, all leafy herbs and salad greens), unsweetened fruits (green apples, berries, ginger, lime, and grapefruit). Adjust the taste by adding more greens and ginger.

Wash the fresh vegetables and greens, chop them, and make juice.
