In Hindi, tea is called "chai" :) Here's a recipe for the weekend instead of a cocktail. Stay healthy!

Ingredients
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 tsp. whole cloves
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon (preferably bark, but ground cinnamon will work)
  • ½ tsp. freshly grated ginger
  • ½ tsp. cardamom husks
  • ½ tsp .fennel seeds
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tsp. honey

Boil all ingredients except the lemon juice and honey for 5 minutes over low heat. Stir in the lemon juice and honey, then strain the tea. Drink it hot.
