Considering the long winter when vitamins are scarce, here’s a simple and nutritious salad recipe.

Ingredients
  • 1 large beetroot (or 2 medium ones)
  • a handful of shelled walnuts
  • 1 tbsp. yogurt
  • ½ clove of garlic

Wash the beetroot, dry it, wrap it in foil, and bake in the oven for 4 hours at 200°C (roasted beetroot tastes better than boiled). Once ready, grate the beetroot, add half a clove of crushed garlic, a tablespoon of yogurt, and a handful of walnuts. Mix well.
