Salads as a main course. Without extra preludes and to cook for up to 15 minutes. I love the season.

Ingredients

  • 2 large handfuls of green beans
  • a large bunch of cilantro
  • 1/3 chili pepper
  • 2 tbsp. thina
  • olive oil
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 avocado

Wash the green beans and boil until al dente or simply pour boiling water in a colander for 60 seconds. Cut into pieces of 3-4 cm. Add diced avocado, chop cilantro. Salt, season with thina, oil, lemon juice and chili.
