Ingredients

  • 2 very young, thin zucchini
  • a handful of grated Pecorino cheese
  • olive oil
  • juice of 1/2 lime or a bit of apple cider vinegar
  • freshly ground black pepper (the coarser the grind, the tastier; choose a grinder with adjustable settings)
