- 2 very young, thin zucchini
- a handful of grated Pecorino cheese
- olive oil
- juice of 1/2 lime or a bit of apple cider vinegar
- freshly ground black pepper (the coarser the grind, the tastier; choose a grinder with adjustable settings)
