
In the poll “What should I write about more,” salads quickly took the lead. So here’s a very simple yet delicious option - one of my favorites. The classic pairing of red fish and tomatoes is beautifully enhanced with good olive oil and a touch of bread.
- 100 g of low-salted fish from the salmon family
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 slices of delicious black bread
- sea salt
- quality olive oil
Slice the tomatoes and top them with pieces of fish. Sprinkle lightly with sea salt and drizzle with olive oil. Toast the bread in a pan or toaster, break it into small pieces by hand, and scatter on top. You can also add some arugula for extra freshness.
