  • Something tart — berries, plums
  • Something juicy — melon, watermelon, mango, citrus fruits, which also act as a dressing
  • Something nourishing — nuts, figs
  • Something beneficial — flaxseeds, chia seeds

By combining five or six of these elements, you can easily create the best seasonal salad.
