A very quick and warming dessert. If this fits into your vegan diet, you can add vegan protein (hemp, quinoa, or pea) or prepare it with soy milk.
Ingredients
- 150 ml of nut milk
- 2 tbsp. high-quality cocoa powder
- mini pinch of sea salt
- a little chili
- ground cardamom (or cinnamon)
- sweetener to taste, I use cashew milk, its natural sweetness is enough for me
- optional — 1 tsp. psyllium husk, ground plantain seed husk, or ground flaxseed for a thicker texture
