Pineapple is pure joy in winter. Just one ingredient that instantly brings tropical vibes to your morning smoothie-breakfast. The rest you can complement with seasonal fruits, or in winter — frozen berries and greens.

- ⅓ pineapple
- ½ green apple or banana
- a big handful of spinach or kale (2–3 handfuls if you love greens)
- 1–2 cm fresh ginger root
Pineapple + Strawberry
- ¼–⅓ pineapple
- 1.5 cups strawberries (frozen works great in winter!)
- a wedge of lemon
Pineapple + Celery
- ⅓ pineapple
- 2 celery stalks
- flesh of ½ lemon, without zest
Pineapple Antioxidant
- ⅓ pineapple
- ½ tsp turmeric
- water to adjust consistency
- 2 tbsp flax seeds
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut
Green Pineapple + Coconut
- 5 kale leaves (or spinach, Swiss chard)
- 1 banana
- ½ apple
- 100 ml coconut milk
- ice
- dried ginger and a pinch of salt to taste

- 1 cup diced pineapple
- 1 avocado
- a little honey, if desired
- water to adjust consistency
