The season of watermelon and raspberries is short, so this is the perfect time to make this refreshing summer salad. It's a beautiful, vibrant dish that's both simple and delicious.

Ingredients
  • 500 g watermelon
  • 250 g raspberries
  • 500 g ice cream
  • Pistachios (to taste)

First, make sure to freeze the ice cream very well by placing it in the coldest part of your freezer. Meanwhile, cut the watermelon into small pieces, approximately the same size as the raspberries. Once the ice cream is fully frozen, cut it into cubes or scoop it into balls using an ice cream scoop. Arrange the ice cream in serving bowls, and top it with the watermelon and raspberries. Finely chop the pistachios and sprinkle them over the salad. Serve immediately, while the ice cream is still firm.
