
On November 22, Nike Training Club brought together its community at ArtHall D12, hosting a themed workout party — NTC Night.
The event welcomed 100 lucky participants: the club’s most loyal members and those who managed to register via the Nike+ Kyiv Facebook group.
The evening program combined functional training and a yoga session led by Nike trainers. Participants not only boosted their athletic skills but also had fun and enjoyed a lively atmosphere.
The festive mood was created by:

Quince Smoothie
- 1 large quince
- 2 bananas
- 5 dried apricots
- 150 ml soy milk
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Use fewer apricots for less sweetness. You can swap the banana for avocado and soy milk for sesame milk.

- 400 ml fresh mandarin or orange juice
- 100 ml pumpkin juice
- 500 ml carrot juice
