Perfect for days when you’re under the weather but still crave something comforting and flavorful. A dish with just a few ingredients and no effort — and yet, it delivers.
- 400 g spaghetti or tagliatelle
- 4–5 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 red chili pepper
- A bit of chopped parsley
Heat the olive oil in a pan, add the sliced garlic and red chili pepper. Let the garlic cook gently until it’s just golden — don’t let it brown too much. Meanwhile, cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.
Remove the garlic and chili from the oil — the oil is now infused with all their flavor. Drain the pasta, toss it with the flavored oil, sprinkle with parsley, and serve immediately. If the chili isn’t too hot, you can crumble a little more over the top.
Now grab a blanket and a bowl of this warm pasta. Brownies and tiramisu coming soon.
