- 1 large zucchini or pre-made zucchini spaghetti
- 150-200 g shrimp (fresh or thawed)
- 2 cloves garlic (optional)
- olive oil
- 1 tsp. Nutritional yeast (heaped)
Heat olive oil in a skillet. If using garlic, finely chop or crush it and lightly fry until fragrant. Add the prawns, previously thawed in water (3–5 minutes). Quickly fry the prawns over high heat, then add the zucchini spaghetti (or thinly sliced zucchini strips). Cook with the prawns for another 3–5 minutes, stirring constantly to ensure the spaghetti heats evenly.
Sprinkle with nutritional yeast before serving.
