A very quick and delicious recipe. If there are no fresh tomatoes at hand, you can do the same with tomato paste. But on one condition: it should contain only tomatoes and salt - tomato sauces with pepper or other additives will not work at all.

  • Tomatoes (fresh or tomato paste without additives)
  • Garlic
  • Olives
  • Wine vinegar
  • Basil leaves
  • Marjoram leaves
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Peppers
  • Spaghetti pasta

Mash the tomatoes a little in a separate bowl, season with garlic, olives and sprinkle lightly with wine vinegar. Add the basil and marjoram leaves, salt and pepper, sprinkle with olive oil and let it brew. Boil the pasta spaghetti according to the instructions to the state al dente, drain the water and mix with the tomatoes.
