In contrast to “our” waffle recipethis recipe Veronika Belotserkivskaseems super simple: just mix all the ingredients and fry. The waffles come out less sweet (than in our proportions and that's good), soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. There is no beer flavor (although maybe because I took a very light - type beer Corona (company history at the link) or Miller, now I can't remember). Well, it's better to make a double portion right away:) very tasty and perfect with maple syrup.

Ingredients
  • 250 g flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 g dry yeast
  • 150 ml of milk
  • 150 ml of beer
  • 60 g of sugar
  • 75 g unsalted butter

Dissolve the yeast in warm milk, mix all the ingredients in a large bowl and leave for at least an hour at room temperature (a very complicated recipe, right?:)
Bake in a waffle iron for 5 minutes (6, if you like more fried). Serve with honey, syrup, ice cream or berry jams.
