
Avocado toast with kimchi and seaweed
- 1 large avocado
- Chili pepper — to taste
- 1/2 clove fresh garlic
- A few sprigs of cilantro
- Salt — to taste
- Kimchi
- Dried algae (burrows)
- 1 piece of toast bread
Prepare the classic guacamole: Mash the avocado, add the chopped chili peppers, fresh garlic, chopped cilantro and salt. Place a layer of kimchi on a toasted piece of bread, top with guacamole and then garnish with dried seaweed.
Toast with egg salad and avocado
- 2 boiled eggs
- 1 tbsp aioli or homemade mayonnaise
- Black pepper — to taste
- 1/4 tsp mustard
- 1/2 avocado
- Smoked salt — to taste
- 1 piece of toast bread
Prepare the egg salad: cut the boiled eggs, mix with aioli or mayonnaise, add black pepper and mustard. Put sliced avocado on a toasted piece of bread, top with egg salad and sprinkle with smoked salt.
