Ingredients
  • 5 tbsp chia seeds
  • 200 ml almond, soy milk or any nut
  • optionally, you can add 1/3 tsp. psyllium

  • 100 ml of coconut milk+50 ml of water or 200 ml of coconut yogurt

Optional: you can add cocoa powder, matcha or vegan protein pea or rice, you can add acerola powder, poppy from superfoods.

Mix all ingredients. Well and carefully. Pour into jars, let it brew for at least 30 minutes, preferably overnight. Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
