One of the “up to 15 minutes” recipes. This paste is prepared very quickly. It turns out delicious, provided that you like nuts. And also very satisfying thanks to them. A great quick and, moreover, vegetarian version of pasta.
- 200 g pasta
- handful of walnuts
- olive oil
- grated Parmesan
- 50 ml of heavy cream
- butter
- sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. dry garlic
First, boil water for the paste. While we are waiting for the pasta, let's cook the sauce.
Chop walnuts in a mortar or chop very finely with a knife. In a frying pan, melt a little butter, add olive oil and cream (about 50-60 ml). We rub the cheese on the smallest grater, add to the pan and cook over low heat for several minutes, stirring constantly so that it begins to melt. Add nuts, salt, add dry garlic. You can use fresh, but dry does not have such a sharp smell, and in the form of powder it also thickens the sauce a little. Mix the sauce with the pasta and serve hot.
Very simple! Next time you can try it with pine nuts and pecorino cheese.
