A super simple dish with rich, deep flavor. You can use giblets from one duck or buy them separately — liver, heart, gizzard. Chicken, turkey, or even game giblets will also work great. I used black noodles because I ran out of regular ones, but any kind will do.
- 200 g noodles
- Duck giblets — liver, heart, gizzard (2 of each)
- 1 onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- Vegetable oil
- 4 tbsp sour cream
- Sea salt
Boil water for the noodles. Finely chop the giblets — make sure to remove the yellow membrane from the gizzards, it’s bitter. In a pan, sauté chopped onion and garlic, then add the giblets. Cook for 2–3 minutes, stir in sour cream, cover with a lid, and let it simmer for about 5 minutes. By then, the noodles should be ready. Mix everything together and serve right away. Simple and seriously tasty.
