On November 27, in the Column Hall of NSC "Olimpiyskiy," Nike hosted an energetic fitness party — NTC Night. One hundred lucky participants, who were the first to register through the Nike+ Training Club app, gathered to enjoy an evening of fun and fitness in the company of like-minded people and friends.

The workout program included a functional training session and a yoga session led by certified Nike trainers using the NTC program. The entertainment part of the evening featured DJ sets by Cheros, my now-traditional healthy smoothies in collaboration with Spoon! (I hadn’t received that many Instagram stories featuring smoothie cups in a while — recipes below), and a beauty haven courtesy of our friends at G.Bar.

Quince + Dried Apricot Smoothie

  • 1 quince
  • 1 pear
  • 2 dried apricots
  • water

Blend all ingredients with water, adjusting the amount to reach the desired consistency.

Creamy Smoothie

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • water
  • fresh mango (optional)

Blend all ingredients with water, adjusting to the preferred consistency. Add lemon juice if desired.
