  • 5 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp fish sauce
  • dried nori seaweed or nori chips
  • kimchi
  • chives or leek (for garnish)
  • sesame seeds (optional)

Cut the whey tofu into small pieces or leave it whole depending on your preferred texture. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, maple syrup, and fish sauce until combined. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired for extra texture.
