
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp fish sauce
- dried nori seaweed or nori chips
- kimchi
- chives or leek (for garnish)
- sesame seeds (optional)

Cut the whey tofu into small pieces or leave it whole depending on your preferred texture. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, maple syrup, and fish sauce until combined. Place the tofu on a plate and pour the sauce over it so it absorbs the flavors. Top with kimchi, crushed nori seaweed, and finely chopped chives or leek. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired for extra texture.
