You can also use oyster mushrooms, shiitake, brown button mushrooms, or any cultivated mushrooms. Choose between roasting them in the oven (15–25 minutes) or grilling (5 minutes).
- 3-5 large king oyster mushrooms
- 1-2 tsp. dried garlic
- black Himalayan salt (any salt will work, but I prefer aromatic salts or smoked salt)
- olive oil
