An instant and perfect summer side dish of fresh peas. And the most tender and greenest - from frozen in winter.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups green peas (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 stalk of leeks (white, light green and even dark green part that is not usually eaten will work great!)
  • olive oil 3 tbsp
  • 1 tsp. butter
  • salt

Finely chop the leek. In a frying pan, melt the butter in olive oil. Add leeks and sauté for 2-4 minutes. Add the peas and cook for another 5-8 minutes, stirring, until softened. Turn off the heat, salt and knead a little with a spatula. Done.
