
- salmon steak
- 3 tbsp. spoons of yogurt
- A small handful of arugula leaves
- 1 potato
Steam the salmon for 15 minutes — either in a steamer or by placing it in a strainer over a pot of boiling water, covered with a lid (make sure the fish doesn’t touch the water).
For the sauce, blend a few spoonfuls of yogurt with fresh arugula (or parsley, dill — whatever herbs you have on hand). Pour the sauce over the cooked salmon.
Wrap the potatoes in foil and bake until tender. Once done, cut into pieces and crisp them up in a dry pan — no oil needed.
