A perfect summer grill set – from corn to chicory. Each vegetable reveals its best flavor when cooked over coals. Timing is for medium heat.

Ingredients

Corn
4 cobs
Soak in water for 15 min. Remove silks, leave husks on. Brush with oil.
Grill: 45 min (with husks) or 20 min (without), turn occasionally.

Eggplant
2 large
Slice into 2.5 cm rounds, brush with oil.
Grill: 10-12 min per side.

Onion
3-4 medium sweet onions
Slice into 1-1.5 cm rings, brush with oil.
Grill: 10-12 min per side.

Fennel
2 bulbs
Cut lengthwise into 1 cm slices, brush with oil.
Grill: 5-7 min per side.

Mushrooms
100 g
Halve (or quarter large ones), brush with oil.
Grill: 10-15 min (size-dependent).

Bell Pepper

Cut into quarters.
Grill: 8-10 min per side.

Radicchio
1 head
Separate leaves, brush with oil.
Grill: 3-5 min per side.

Zucchini
3-4 medium
Slice lengthwise into 1 cm planks, brush with oil.
Grill: 4-5 min per side.

Cherry: grill whole for 5-7 min.
