Ingredients
  • 1 kg of lamb (can be on the bone, so even juicier)
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tsp. oregano or rosemary (preferably fresh, but you can also dry)
  • olive oil
  • sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Combine all ingredients to make the marinade, rub it over the meat, and let it marinate for 1 to 24 hours. Grill over coals, on a grill pan, or in a regular pan (with just a little oil) for about 35 minutes  (10–15 minutes per side). Serve with salad and potatoes.
