I want to compact breakfast on a winter morning. Sometimes it can be shakshuka with shrimp, but today it's even easier. Just 1 squid, even frozen and a couple of spices make a breakfast high.

Ingredients
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 shallot
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 cm chili pepper or pinch of dry chili
  • a pinch of dry garlic
  • 1 squid
  • fresh carrots
  • kimchi
  • flax breads

Place squid in water for quick defrosting (5-10 minutes is enough) if frozen. Rinse, wipe dry with a paper towel and thinly slice.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan. Add chopped onion, garlic and chili, after 40 seconds add squid and cook together 1-2 minutes. Add eggs and cook scrambled eggs with liquid yolk. Add salt and pepper. Gently place on a plate and serve with vegetables.
