- 2 bars of dark chocolate
- 75 g of butter
- 350 ml of heavy cream
- 2 chicken eggs
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 tablespoon of whiskey (to your taste)
Take a pot with hot, almost boiling water and carefully place a mug or small bowl in it. This is where we will melt the chocolate. Break two bars of high-quality dark chocolate into small pieces. Pour the pieces into the mug and let them melt. Cut the butter into small pieces and add it to the chocolate. Whip the cream in a bowl until it becomes airy and almost doubles in volume.
Crack two large chicken eggs into a separate bowl, add honey to them, and whisk until you get a uniform pale color. Add the whipped cream, melted chocolate with butter, and a little whiskey to the egg-honey mixture. Gently mix all the ingredients in a circular motion, keeping the mixture airy.
Divide the mousse into bowls or glasses and place it in the refrigerator. Serve with berries, nuts, or seeds like pumpkin or sesame.
