Sometimes you want something crunchy, healthy and easy to make. These homemade breads are the perfect option: without extra ingredients, with a rich flavor and a pleasant texture. They go great with your favorite spreads, cheese or just as a snack.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup of almond flour
  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened rice protein
  • 1/2 cup of ground flax
  • Optionally 4-5 tbsp of nutritional east
  • A pinch of salt
  • A handful of pumpkin or hemp seeds
  • 2 tbsp of chia optional
  • Chili dry of optional
  • Dry ground of garlic optional

Mix all the ingredients, gradually adding ½–1 cup of water until the dough reaches the consistency of sour cream or thick yogurt. Pour it onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spread it evenly. Bake at 120°C for 40 minutes. After 15 minutes, open the oven and make cuts to shape the crackers. Continue baking, keeping an eye on the texture—moisture levels will depend on the ingredients. After 40 minutes, increase the temperature to 160°C and bake for another 10–30 minutes until the crackers are perfectly crispy.
