Ingredients
- 450 g Brussels sprouts
- sesame oil (ideal, but corn or olive oil is also suitable)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 - 1 tbsp. l. sesame seeds

Finely shred the Brussels sprouts and sauté in oil for 3–4 minutes using a skillet or wok.
Add soy sauce and sesame seeds. Cook for another 1–2 minutes. Serve hot.
No need to add salt - the soy sauce brings plenty.
