
A perfect summer dessert – light, refreshing, and incredibly delicious. Easy to make yet impressive! Works with any seasonal berries: strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, or blackberries.
- 500 g strawberries or other berries (washed, stems removed)
- 80 g sugar or honey
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 200 g yogurt or heavy cream (for a richer, ice cream-like texture)
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Pour into a container and freeze for 1.5 hours.
Remove from the freezer, blend again for a fluffier texture, then return to the freezer until fully set.
Before serving, transfer to the fridge for 30–40 minutes to soften slightly. Garnish with fresh mint leaves. Enjoy as a dessert or a sweet treat!
