Let's start with the most important thing — preparation time is just 15 minutes. Whether it's a cake or a muffin, this chocolate dessert is a lifesaver if guests arrive unexpectedly or if you're out of breakfast ideas. Even better — it's made without oil or eggs, making it almost diet-friendly. The best way to bake them is in small silicone molds or paper muffin cups. Another option is to use mugs and microwave them (in that case, cooking time is reduced to 3–4 minutes at maximum power).

Ingredients
  • 150 g flour
  • 4-5 tbsp. cocoa powder
  • 1.5 tsp. baking powder
  • 4 tbsp. sugar
  • 220 ml of milk

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Meanwhile, in a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients in the order listed. Stir the dry ingredients well, then thoroughly mix with the milk. Optionally, you can add walnuts, powdered milk (1 tsp. for a creamier texture), or dried cranberries.

Bake for 15 minutes in greased silicone molds and serve immediately. If you bake for only 10 minutes, you'll get a chocolate lava cake with a rich, hot, liquid chocolate center. Especially delicious when you use high-quality cocoa.
