My favorite wine is Montepulciano d'Abruzzo. On this occasion, I decided to dig a little deeper into this region of Italy. It turned out that one of the business cards is a chicken.

Ingredients
  • 1 chicken 1.5 kg
  • 1 small onion
  • 500 g tomato
  • sea salt
  • a pinch of white pepper
  • 2 sweet green peppers
  • olive oil

Cut the chicken into pieces, finely chop the onion. Dip the tomatoes in boiling water, remove the skin and finely chop.

In a large frying pan, fry the onion, add the chicken and fry until golden brown. Salt and pepper, add tomatoes. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.

Sweet green pepper is put in the oven or kept over the fire over the burner, the blackened peel is easily removed, the pepper is cut into strips. Add to chicken and simmer for another 15 minutes.
