A quick and delicious Spanish appetizer, a perfect addition to dinner.
Ingredients
- 8 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled and thinly sliced
- 250 g chanterelle mushrooms or any mushrooms of your choice
- 100 g button mushrooms
- a bit of parsley, chopped
- crispy bread

Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the garlic for 10 seconds. Add the mushrooms to the pan and coat them in the oil. Cook over high heat for 4–5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.
Sprinkle with parsley, season with black pepper and salt, and mix well. Serve hot with crispy bread.
