Perfect for those who don’t want to spend too much time in the kitchen. All you need is a bit of herbs, chili, fresh fish, and parchment. Just 30 minutes — and you’ll have a delicious sea bream with a crispy crust, infused with the aromas of herbs.

Ingredients
  • 2 sea breams (400-600 g each)
  • 1 chili (seedless)
  • 3-4 sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • A handful of mint
  • 1 lemon
  • Sea salt
  • Olive oil
  • Parchment

Rinse and gut the fish. Next, chop the chili, lightly crush the mint, and add rosemary.

Stuff the fish cavity with this herb mixture. Then, brush the fish with olive oil and place sliced lemon on top.

Wrap the sea bream in a parchment paper envelope and bake in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
