Today I’d like to introduce you to one of my favorite blogs — lanaloustyle. It’s mostly a photo blog: beautiful images of interiors, lovely styling, and inspiring little details. While recipes are rare, every now and then a gem appears among the stunning food photography. This is one of them.
- 500 g low-fat cottage cheese
- 100 g softened butter
- 150 g white sugar
- 3 eggs
- 50 g of flour for baking
- ½ tsp. baking powder
- ½ tsp lemon zest
Whisk all the ingredients together in a bowl or blend until smooth. Spoon the mixture into tartlet or cupcake molds and bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 20 minutes, until lightly golden on top.
Once baked, top with whipped cream and strawberries — or get creative with any topping you like! Berries, whipped dairy, or airy creams will all work beautifully.
