Salami and Basil
- Tomato sauce
- A few fresh basil leaves
- 10-12 slices of quality salami
- 75 g mozzarella, torn into pieces
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Olive oil
Spread the tomato sauce over the dough, then layer the basil, salami, and mozzarella. Drizzle with olive oil.
Mushrooms and Herbs
- Tomato sauce
- 50 g of your favorite mushrooms
- A handful of rosemary or thyme leaves
- Olive oil
- 75 g mozzarella
Spread the tomato sauce over the dough, then add the sliced mushrooms, herbs, and mozzarella. Drizzle with olive oil and bake.
Ham and Olives with Oregano
- Tomato sauce
- 5 slices of ham
- Black olives (7-8, pitted), halved
- 75 g mozzarella
- Dried oregano
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper

Bacon with Chili
- Tomato sauce
- 5-6 slices of bacon
- 75 g mozzarella
- Fresh chili (seeds removed), sliced into rings
- Olive oil
Spread the tomato sauce over the dough, then add the mozzarella, chili, and bacon. Season with salt and pepper, then drizzle with olive oil.
