And just delicious) Roasted sesame and flaxseed pudding with coconut or almond milk is the perfect start to the day. It goes well with any red and black berries, kiwi.

Ingredients
  • 30 g flax
  • 15 g sesame
  • 100 ml of coconut milk+100 ml of water (can be replaced with almond or any other nut milk)
  • sea salt
  • Black berries or unsweetened fruit to choose from

Hot - we brew flax and sesame crumbs with water and milk for 5-10 minutes until thickened.
