Autumn pancakes always want to be made lush, and instead of condensed milk, honey or jam - caramelized fruits: pear, quince, bananas, pumpkin.
- 150 ml of kefir
- 100 g sour cream
- 2 eggs
- a little salt
- 2 tbsp. sugar (or 1 tbsp. sugar + a small bag of vanilla sugar)
- flour
- 1 ripe quince
- 7-8 tbsp. honey
- butter

Mix the ingredients for the dough - sour cream, kefir, eggs, a little salt and sugar, beat well and gradually add flour (about 6-10 tablespoons). Requires the consistency of thick sour cream. If you want more lush pancakes - now add 1/4 tsp. baking powder.

Grease the pan a little with butter, fry the pancakes.

If there are molds - pancakes can be made more fun:)

Now to the sweet. Quince is very oxidized, so either we cut it very quickly, or cut it immediately with lemon or lime juice. Cut into small pieces.
In a saucepan, melt a little butter. Add quince. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly. Quince juice is unlikely to let go, but it will soften a little. You can sprinkle a little cinnamon.

Add honey, reduce the heat a little. Caramelize the quince for 7-10 minutes until it begins to turn golden. Stir all the time.

Pour the caramelized pancakes and serve with caramelized quince pieces.
