These pancakes are plump, tender and airy. Not at all like French crepes or any thin pancakes. Dressing is necessarily added to them - a banana, berries, an apple (preferably baked), grated chocolate or whatever you want will do.
- 3 eggs
- 115 g flour
- 1 tsp. with a slide of baking powder
- 140 ml of milk
- pinch of salt
- refueling of your choice
Separate the proteins from the yolks. Add milk, baking powder and flour to the yolks. Mix until smooth. Whisk the proteins intensively with a pinch of salt, until a thick stable foam. Carefully introduce proteins into the main dough.
Fry in a pan with a little oil. When one side is browned, spread the filling on top: berries, banana, chocolate or whatever, and turn the pancake over with it.
Tasty to serve with sour cream, jam, honey or maple syrup.
