Must-haves on the Seder Plate:

Symbol of renewal and fertility. Usually:- celery

Meat for Passover: Kosher-Friendly Marinades
Not all marinades are Passover-friendly, but here are a few safe and tasty options — even average cuts of beef turn out tender.
Quick Marinades:
- Kiwi:
Finely chopped kiwi tenderizes meat in just 30–60 minutes. Great for chicken, beef, or lamb. - Mustard + Honey + Soy Sauce:
A classic combination for a sweet-savory glaze.
Overnight Marinades:
- Onion + Tomato + Lemon + Black Pepper + Sea Salt:
Cut lemon into quarters and crush slightly. Chop tomatoes small. Let everything sit overnight. - Onion + Tomato Juice + Black Pepper:
Alternate layers of onion and meat, season each layer, and pour tomato juice over the top. - Diced Tomatoes + Onion + Red Wine + Rosemary + Black Pepper:
