In salted water, boil corn grits for 30-40% less than the time indicated on the package. Water is added 1-1.5 cm higher than the cereal. Stirring constantly, cook, almost immediately adding olive oil. Turn off the heat, add hemp, yeast, more, if not enough, pepper, mix, cover and let stand for 5-15 minutes.
